Why I'm on a Cohen kick again is kinda neat, actually: My dad played his favorite tracks from his last three xmas compilation CDs when I was there a few weeks ago. And I realized that he's another stealth Cohen fan. And he'd never heard the man himself — except for Cohen singing "Bird on a Wire" (live album version) on last year's CD.

So this year we got him some Leonard Cohen for xmas. And he won't stop playing it. My mom may murder me soon, but I'm kinda excited for my dad. Almost wish I could forget every LC song I know, just for the excitement of discovering them again.
