More Reasons to Vote Matt Gonzalez for Mayor

fundraisers for Matt (aka the literary/artistic/musical heart of the city) vs. the
nearly empty events page (or better still, the
past event album) on Newsom's site.
Hmm... who would I rather vote with? Jello Biafra, Lawrence Ferlinghetti, Dave Eggers, Jonathan Richman, et al., or a pile of NIMBY, screw-the-homeless, heartless corporate weasels?
Even though Feinstein's endorsement of Newsom meant my vote for Matt was a lock, it's nice to know that I'm going with a candidate that I actually feel
good about.
